1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Click VPN, including our website, account portal, mobile and desktop applications, subscriptions, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Click Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with registered address at 1 Amiryan Street, Kentron, Yerevan 0010, Republic of Armenia.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading an app, connecting to the VPN, accepting an in-app notice, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Relationship With App Stores and Payment Providers
If you download an app or purchase a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, Cryptomus, Wata, or another payment provider, your purchase may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, payment rules, cancellation procedures, refund rules, and privacy notices.
These Terms apply between you and Click Technologies LLC. They do not replace mandatory terms that apply between you and an app store, payment provider, bank, card network, or other third-party service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory rules of an app store or payment provider, the mandatory app-store or payment-provider rules will apply to the extent of that conflict.
Cryptomus and Wata are used only where permitted by applicable platform rules and may not be available for in-app purchases on Apple App Store or Google Play. Where Apple App Store or Google Play rules require the use of the relevant app store billing system for digital goods, services, subscriptions, or in-app access, purchases must be made through the required app-store billing system.
3. Eligibility
The Services are not intended for children under 13.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading an app, connecting to the VPN, or otherwise using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 13 years old;
- if you are under 16, you use the Services only with the consent of your legal representative, where such consent is required under applicable law;
- if you are between 16 and 18, you use the Services only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law;
- you have the legal capacity, or the required consent of your legal representative, parent, or legal guardian, to enter into these Terms;
- you are using the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use; and
- your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law.
If you are a parent, legal guardian, or legal representative and you allow a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for the minor’s use of the Services, including compliance with these Terms and any payments, subscriptions, or account activity made through the Services.
We do not currently offer reseller accounts, enterprise accounts, team accounts, managed organization accounts, or B2B administrator dashboards.
4. Your Account
You may need to create an account to use some or all of the Services.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current account information;
- keeping your login credentials confidential;
- all activity that occurs under your account;
- promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not sell, transfer, rent, share, or provide access to your account to another person, except where we expressly allow this.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, used in violation of these Terms, used for abuse, or used in a way that creates security, legal, operational, or payment risk.
5. The VPN Service
Click VPN provides VPN connectivity and related account, subscription, device, support, and service-access features.
The Services may include:
- VPN access;
- account and subscription management;
- device-limit management;
- traffic allowance or usage accounting where applicable;
- payment and billing support;
- referral or promotional mechanics;
- customer support and troubleshooting.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be available in every country, on every device, on every network, or for every use case. We do not guarantee that any particular website, application, platform, service, country, location, content, or online resource will be accessible through the VPN.
Network conditions, third-party restrictions, local regulations, app-store rules, server capacity, device configuration, routing behavior, and technical issues may affect availability, speed, latency, connectivity, and connection quality.
6. In-App VPN Notice and Consent
Before using VPN-related functionality, the app may present an in-app VPN data notice describing the limited operational data used to provide, secure, bill, troubleshoot, and support the Services.
You may be required to accept this notice before using VPN-related functionality, including VPN configuration, VPN connection, trial activation, purchase, or service access.
On Android, the app may also use the system VPN permission flow required by Android in addition to our in-app disclosure and consent flow.
If you do not accept a required VPN notice or system permission, we may be unable to provide VPN functionality.
7. License to Use the Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Click VPN applications solely for your personal use and only in accordance with these Terms, applicable app-store rules, and applicable law.
You must not:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the apps, except where allowed by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove, hide, or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use the apps to build a competing service;
- interfere with or bypass security, subscription, device-limit, entitlement, billing, or access-control mechanisms;
- use the apps or Services in a way that overloads, damages, disrupts, or harms our systems, providers, or other users.
8. Acceptable Use
You must use the Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable law.
You must not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- send spam, phishing messages, scams, or fraudulent communications;
- distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, botnets, or malicious code;
- conduct hacking, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized access;
- attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or abuse websites, APIs, networks, platforms, or services;
- engage in harassment, threats, exploitation, abuse, or unlawful surveillance;
- access, transmit, store, or distribute illegal content;
- engage in child exploitation or any activity involving child sexual abuse material;
- evade sanctions, export controls, court orders, or lawful restrictions that apply to you;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission;
- use the Services in a way that may damage Click VPN, our infrastructure, our providers, app stores, payment providers, or other users.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Section or that your use creates legal, security, abuse, operational, payment, or reputational risk.
9. Compliance With Local Laws
VPN services may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and regulations that apply to you and your use of the Services.
We do not provide legal advice about whether VPN use is lawful in your location or for your intended use.
We may restrict, suspend, or stop providing the Services in certain countries, regions, networks, or circumstances where required by law, app-store rules, provider requirements, payment-provider requirements, or operational necessity.
10. Subscriptions, Plans, and Access
The Services may be offered through free trials, paid subscriptions, promotional access, or other plans.
The features, duration, price, traffic allowance, device limits, renewal rules, and other conditions of a plan may be shown at checkout, in the app, in the account portal, or in the relevant app store.
Your access to paid features depends on the status of your subscription, payment confirmation, entitlement records, device limits, and service-access configuration.
We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue plans or features. Changes will not reduce your already-paid access during the current paid period unless required by law, security needs, abuse prevention, app-store rules, payment-provider rules, or technical necessity.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Cryptomus, Wata, or other payment providers we may use.
When you purchase through a third-party payment provider, that provider may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. We may receive payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, receipts, invoice data, and other payment metadata necessary to activate, renew, support, reconcile, or refund your subscription.
Cryptomus and Wata are available only where permitted by applicable law, payment-provider rules, and platform rules. They may be used for purchases made through our website, account portal, or other permitted channels, but they may not be available for in-app purchases in apps distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
If you purchase digital goods, services, subscriptions, or in-app access through an app distributed by Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase may be required to use the relevant app store billing system. You must not attempt to bypass app-store billing rules where those rules apply.
If you are under 18, any purchase, subscription, renewal, or paid feature must be made with the involvement and consent of your parent, legal guardian, or legal representative where required by applicable law or by the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, exchange-rate differences, payment-provider fees, bank fees, card fees, network fees, blockchain or crypto-network fees, or other charges that may apply to your purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
If you purchased through Apple App Store, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account or Apple subscription settings.
If you purchased through Google Play, you must manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play subscription settings.
If you purchased through another payment provider, such as Cryptomus or Wata, and such purchase was made through a permitted non-app-store channel, cancellation may be handled through our account portal, the payment provider, or customer support, depending on the payment method and subscription setup.
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Deleting your Click VPN account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by an app store or third-party payment provider. You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments through the relevant app store, payment provider, or account-management flow.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the end of the current paid period, unless the subscription is refunded, revoked, terminated for violation of these Terms, or otherwise ended under applicable rules.
13. Free Trials, Promotions, and Referral Rewards
We may offer free trials, promotional access, discounts, referral rewards, promo codes, or other campaigns.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, such as eligibility rules, duration, usage limits, territory limits, payment-method requirements, fraud checks, or one-time-use limits.
We may modify, suspend, revoke, or refuse promotional access or rewards if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, self-referral, manipulation, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, technical abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Promotional access or trial access may automatically convert into a paid subscription if this is clearly disclosed at checkout or by the relevant app store or payment provider.
14. Refunds
Refund availability depends on how you purchased the Services.
If you purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s refund rules and processes.
If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests are generally handled by Google Play under Google Play refund rules and processes.
If you purchased through Cryptomus, Wata, or another payment provider outside an app store, refunds may be handled by us or by the relevant payment provider, subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, anti-fraud checks, technical feasibility, platform rules, and the circumstances of the request.
Unless required by applicable law or required by an app store or payment provider, we do not guarantee refunds for:
- unused subscription time;
- inability to access a specific website, platform, service, country, location, or content;
- connection speed, latency, routing, or network conditions;
- local legal or network restrictions;
- device incompatibility where compatibility requirements were made available;
- suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
15. Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion through the app or account portal.
In-app path for iOS, iPadOS, and Mac Catalyst: Account → Profile → Delete Account.
In-app path for tvOS: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Web path: Account portal → Settings → Delete account.

When an authenticated account-deletion request succeeds, we delete active local account records and associated user-owned records, sign you out, and remove local authenticated state in the app or web client.
Account deletion may not immediately remove all copies from backups, external providers, accounting systems, fraud-prevention systems, payment dispute records, security records, or legally required retention systems.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Cryptomus, Wata, or another third-party payment provider unless the relevant provider or subscription flow confirms cancellation.
If you cannot access your account, you may contact us at privacy@clickvpn.click to request deletion after verification.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and delete personal data in connection with the Services.
17. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time where reasonably necessary for:
- maintenance or updates;
- security;
- abuse prevention;
- legal compliance;
- provider or app-store requirements;
- infrastructure changes;
- technical or operational reasons;
- changes to business priorities.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party networks, hosting providers, app stores, payment providers, device manufacturers, operating systems, internet service providers, government actions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or interact with third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, authentication and authorization services, push-notification providers, analytics providers where consent applies, network lookup providers, and support-related services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party websites, or third-party terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
19. Intellectual Property
The Services, apps, website, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not use our name, trademarks, logos, branding, or materials without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
20. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
This does not affect your rights in personal data under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates legal, security, abuse, operational, payment, or reputational risk;
- payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, revoked, or suspected to be fraudulent;
- we are required to do so by law, app-store rules, payment-provider rules, court order, regulator request, or provider requirement;
- we discontinue the Services or a material part of them.
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also delete your account as described in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, refund rules, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.
22. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available;
- any specific server, country, location, website, platform, content, or service will be accessible;
- VPN connections will always be faster, more private, more secure, or free from interference;
- the Services will meet every technical, legal, or personal requirement you may have;
- all errors, defects, or vulnerabilities will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Click Technologies LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device failure, network failure, or inability to access any third-party content or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
24. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Technologies LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- content, activity, or traffic associated with your account, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
25. Export Controls, Sanctions, and Restricted Parties
You must not use, download, access, export, re-export, or transfer the Services in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or restricted-party laws.
You represent and warrant that:
- you are not located in a country or region where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law;
- you are not listed on any applicable restricted-party, sanctions, or denied-persons list;
- you will not use the Services for prohibited export-controlled or sanctions-related purposes.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by sanctions, export control, app-store rules, payment-provider rules, or applicable law.
26. Apple-Specific Terms
This Section applies if you download or use a Click VPN app from the Apple App Store.
- These Terms are between you and Click Technologies LLC, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the Services, the app, support, maintenance, claims, or any third-party claims related to the app, except as required by applicable law.
- The license granted to you for the Apple app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app, if any, as required by Apple’s rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for Apple-platform apps and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Apple app.
- You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
27. Google Play-Specific Terms
This Section applies if you download or use a Click VPN app from Google Play.
- These Terms are between you and Click Technologies LLC, not Google.
- Google is not responsible for the Services, the app, support, maintenance, claims, or third-party claims related to the app, except as required by applicable law.
- Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and payment issues made through Google Play may be handled through Google Play and subject to Google Play rules.
- You must comply with applicable Google Play terms and Android platform requirements when using the Android app.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
29. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@clickvpn.click or privacy@clickvpn.click and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Nothing in this Section limits your right to contact consumer protection authorities, data protection authorities, app stores, payment providers, or other competent authorities where applicable law allows you to do so.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will publish the updated version and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required by law, we may also provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your subscription through the relevant app store, payment provider, or account-management flow.
